Flying Horse Investments Repositions Single Tenant McAlister’s Deli within Greater Tampa Metro
Gibsonton, Florida – February 12, 2025 – Flying Horse Investments, LLC (“FHI”) is pleased to announce the recent acquisition of a freestanding, newly constructed McAlister’s Deli restaurant in Gibsonton, Florida – a suburban community in the rapidly growing Tampa-St. Petersburg MSA that benefits from its excellent location off of Interstate 75, which provides connectivity between Gibsonton and job centers and cultural amenities in Tampa and beyond. Concurrent with the Property acquisition, FHI executed a new fifteen (15) year absolute NNN lease with the second (2nd) largest McAlister’s Deli franchisee in the chain, with seventy-five (75) locations and over fifteen (15) years of operating history.
The Property is located at 9360 Theater Drive, Gibsonton, Florida 33534 (the “Property”) and consists of approximately 0.64 acres land improved with a 2,957 SF building that was constructed in 2022. The McAlister’s Deli at the Property is the latest “prototype” for the brand and is located directly off of Interstate 75, which has impressive traffic counts exceeding 117,500 vehicles per day.
